The Pueblo County Historical Society's museum collections feature exhibits relative to the Pueblo area, including the William White Railroad Collection, The Pueblo Saddlemakers, The Francis King Western Collection, the Blake Collection of Native American Pottery, and the McClum Collection of Native American Artifacts.
Collection Categories
The museum houses a substantial collection of Pueblo and regional artifacts. We are currently inventorying and organizing these items and hope to have a more detailed description of them here soon.
The following categories will give you an idea of what our collections consist of:
- Saddles by local renowned makers
- Early Pueblo photographs
- Indian pottery from the Mesa Verde region
- Railroad artifacts
- Pueblo Dodgers baseball artifacts
- Oral history tapes
